Privacy
What this site collects, why, for how long and who reads it. When the site changes, this page changes too.
Who the controller is
PUNK99 is not a company yet: Emanuele Frascella and Luigi Massaro are setting it up, and until then the two of them are the data controllers. Once the company exists, you will find its name, registered office and VAT number here. For any question about your data, write to amministrazione@punk99.it.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or hand over data. We don’t use visitor statistics, advertising, profiling or tracking across sites. We don’t embed content from third parties (videos, maps, social networks). The fonts are served by this site, not by Google Fonts: opening a page doesn’t send your IP address to anyone else.
The «Tell us about your project» form
What we collect. What you write in the form: the services you are interested in, a rough budget, when you would like to start, first and last name, email, company and phone (these two optional) and the lines about the project. With the request we also record the page it was sent from, the language and the moment it was sent.
Why. To answer you and prepare a proposal: the processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The privacy checkbox. When you tick it we record the exact text you accepted, its language and the moment, as proof. We don’t record your IP address.
Against spam. We look at how fast the form is filled in and how often requests are sent. Your IP address is used only as a code, mixed with a key that changes every day, and it is never stored.
Who reads it. Only the people at PUNK99 who answer requests. We get a notice by email, through our mail service: OVH, with Zimbra. We don’t send you automatic emails: we write to you ourselves, in person.
Where it stays and for how long. In this site’s database, hosted on an OVH server in Canada. The European Commission has found that Canada protects data adequately (Art. 45 GDPR, Decision 2002/2/EC): the transfer needs no further safeguards. Requests are deleted automatically 365 days after they arrive. If a project comes of it, what we need to carry it out is kept with the contract, for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
| Name | What it does | Duration | Type |

keeps your answers to the form together while you fill it in; it is deleted when the request is sent | 24 hours at most | technical, no consent needed |
It is this site’s own cookie and nobody else reads it. We use no other cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR): write to amministrazione@punk99.it. If you think we are not handling it properly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
